2. Services

We offer guided peer circles designed to enhance focus and sustained attention through structured group sessions. These sessions occur live online or in person at specified venues.

Our info products include digital courses, workbooks, and recorded materials that complement our live sessions and support independent practice.

4. Goods

We may sell branded merchandise such as planners, stationery, and other materials to support deep work habits.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If you submit a cancellation request at least 7 days before the scheduled start of a peer circle, we will process a refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund due to reserved resources. You may reschedule your session once at no cost by notifying us at least 3 days prior to the original date.

5.2 Info Products

You have 14 days from the date of digital purchase to request cancellation and receive a refund if you have not accessed more than 20% of the material. After access exceeds 20%, no cancellations are allowed since content is fully available immediately.

5.3 Goods

You may ship back physical items within 30 days of receipt for an swap or a refund. Items must be in original condition and include all accessories. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective.

6. How to Request a Refund or swap

To request assistance, please write via our contact form. Include your order details and reason for the request. Processing may take up to 14 days after approval.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Any live peer circle session that has commenced is final and not eligible for a refund due to the real-time group commitment. Digital content accessed beyond the 20% limit is final. Custom or personalized goods are final upon shipment.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
